Disney has teamed with SmartCity internet to give you a wretched connection behind a IP-shared NAT which scans every bit which goes through it and takes your 768kbs rated connection and knocks it down to 256kbs...or less. That's per apartment folks.
It also blocks just about every port. p2p...blocked, BT...blocked, gaming...you guessed it.
So, if you have any internet junkies in your apartment, you may be asked to chip into a "public IP" which directly connects your apartment router to the internet, bypassing the NAT. This costs $25 for 3 months. Very cheap and the difference is considerable. Can also upgrade to 1.54 public IP for $75 for 3 months. Between several people, this can also be quite affordable.
All I am saying is you don't really get free internet. It's not real internet, it's like a horrible test drive of something similar to the internet. Only really works for websites which is only a small part of the interwebs.
So be advised... your costs will be slightly higher per month unless you are more into First Life (the opposite of Second Life) than some of us losers.
