That article all makes sense. It will be a shame after that starts because we won't have anything to talk about for till Potter 2.0 opens. Or will we???? LOL.

Well... 2013 has a full construction slate, so there's that. Same with 2014... And in 2015 everyone will be slobbering over every new shingle added on the roofs of phase II so we should be good. (Good times to be an Uni fan!)

"Jurassic Park River Adventure – The headline attraction of Jurassic Park would receive a major refurb including new effects and AA replacements."

Thank you!! This attraction could be really be something spectacular with updated AA's!!!

Lets hope they add some more dinos to the attraction. The least thing seen in Jurassic Park is Dinosaurs and that should be the other way around. You can go to most Cedar Fair parks and for 5 bucks go to Dinosaurs alive and see about 30 - 50 animatronic dinos. Yes they aren't as complex but its more impressive than JP lately. All the dinos in JP are in super poor shape move horribly. JP is one of Spielberg and Uni's babies and should be loved. There is a reason when you first get to the lake at IOA and you look across you see the discovery center (Now with giant white building behind it), its because its such a huge franchise that people young and old actually know about. Even if you have never seen a JP movies or read the novels you know what is about...Dinosaurs and that is one thing the entire land has been lacking.

The outside dinosaurs do not look good. The ones inside look spectacular. Maybe because its the lighting and that they're not exposed to the sun and different weather conditions 24/7.

Oh and the T-Rex > the Yeti.

Ok the T-Rex always looks good, but the raptor at the top of the hill has been screwed up for some time and always has his head jacked sideways. His lights have been reduced so most don't notice his condition. I have seen many times when he is not moving at all. The spitters (un-scienctific name) are normally ok but they don't have a ton to them, which is fine. I just feel you have a pretty epic opening with the voice over and the big doors to one brach which doesn't move to you almost reach him and his cycle ends sometimes before the boat is past him. I just think the whole wonder and amazement of JP is seeing the dinos and once you ride through that door I want to see more than one.

I think Disneyhead mentioned at OU that the amber mine coaster idea is similar to the Gravity Group's Splinter, which you can see here:

Looks fun. With a little mine tunnel theming, it could be a very nice addition.
