It looks like the Jungle Cruise is open after a very long refurbishment. Looks like it is exactly the same as it was before. No Jungle Book or Frozen characters. No aquatic stormtroopers. No new scenes. Might be a new way to load people.

The new docking system holds the boat against the dock. Now they don't have to tie the boat up and throttle it. The boat stays steady against the dock and rolls away. I wonder if that can be done for the rafts.

When I was visiting Disneyland earlier this week, I enjoyed watching the Skippers entertain passersbys with their 'carefully rehearsed' staged version of the Jungle Cruise experience.
Using small props and a assortment of plush jungle animal toys, the Skippers on duty during the day re-enacted every scene from the famous Attraction...with some humorous results.
A fun touch was the small chalkboard listing the 'Wait Time' for the Attraction being only '5 days'....

It was a nice touch to have the CMs active even with the refurb going on.
Added a fun vibe to the area and it was better then just walls.
In these times of recent cutbacks it was great to see this added atmospheric entertainment.
Wacky fun, and again, much better then just walls.
