On our first day we visited the Studios for park opening. We sent our DS, 17 to run to Toy Story for fast passes while my wife, daughter and I went to wait at Star Tours, figuring it would build a long wait as well. We were wearing our Perry hats (from Phineus and Ferb) which my 10 year old daughter had designed and made herself (see avatar). She was quite proud of them.
While waiting at queue entrance, Josh came over to tell us how much he admired the hats and was very complimentary of them, which made my daughter's day. We struck up a conversation and Josh gave us a number of tips for touring the park. At the end he gave us fast passes for Star Tours, so we got to see the attraction twice that day without waiting, AND got a great return time for Toy Story. Josh is a real gentleman and very amusing to talk with.
