Joe Rhode at DL today

I just saw Joe Rhode in DL's Fantasyland. He was escourting a small group of people dressed up in traditional African (Nigerian?) garb. They stopped outside of Peter Pan and Joe began to explain what the ride was about. I got some pics and will post them on Sun.

I wonder who's watching AK?

I noticed the unusual outfits first and then noticed this guy with these big earrings and then it hit me, "That's Joe Rhode!"

I still haven't figured out who those four were who were clothed in the African dress. Any guesses anyone?

Perhaps he is personally showing them the original park in an attempt to give context/history to them... and perhaps they are some official representatives of a nation in negotiations to place an attraction at DAK or even EPCOT?
