Job driving the resort boats

What are the requirements for a job in WDW driving the resort launch boats? I always wanted to do it, sort of my dream retirement job. Thank you.

I wish I could remember! My husband struck up a conversation with the boat driver going from HS to EPCOT and the guy was also from NY and used to dock his boat in Moriches Inlet (so do we) and by the end of the trip my husband was showing him the "trophy fish" photos of striped bass in his cell phone. He was telling us all about the job and I completely forgot what he said the requirements are.

To the best of my awareness you need no qualifications, i know cast have transfered to watercraft with no experience, and that disney provide extensive training to all watercraft cast members.
