Jim Hill reports Eisner IS leaving!

The problem with the article is that all the board members are Eisner cronies, people who are in his back pocket.

I don't see any of those clowns trying to get rid of their "Main Man". Hence, why Roy & Stanley were unable to garner the support to oust him previously.

The majority of the board, sans R.E.D. and Gold, are still older(65+) and will be purged, under the current regulations, in the next five years.


R.E.D. and Gold were the backbone of the Board and if you want to look at it in terms of two camps, they were the backbone of those who would appreciate a refocused path for the WDC under new leadership.

I must admit that I'd rather read Jim Hill than a news site...

He does more than spit back facts at you...

I don't take every word he writes as gospel- its not ment for that...

He does have some interesting articles, and as he says- Disney is a dynamic company, so things change... Its also huge, and facts go unnoticed, and personal opinions often get confused with facts...

Anyways, I thought the articles were good, and made a lot of sense... but I guess its up to whoevers reading it what they take from it..

As with EVERYTHING i read on jim hills site....i'll believe it when I see it. He is wrong pleanty of times (even when he says he has"reliable sources")....
