I was just looking up information on Jetblue's Orlando MCO airport and it says under boarding and deplaning options :

"The option to board and deplane from the back is available for customers who are seated in the back half of the aircraft and for those who can comfortably ascend stairs."

Does this mean that there is no walkway when you board the plane you have go up the stairs to get on the plane?

Not old, just vintage.

No. There is still the normal walkway. Sometimes JetBlue will let people in the back of the plane go out the rear exit. You just go down a flight of stairs and then walk the length of the plane outside and then take a flight of stairs up to the terminal. It is optional if you want to wait to go out the front. I have flown Jet Blue several times and they don't consistently offer the rear deplane option though.

I think it depends on how busy the airport is, and if they have enough crew. I take JetBlue all the time and we always board and leave through the back, it's actually fun... that's Florida air!
