Jar Jar Binks land... let me explain

So first off, I know that Jar Jar land is far from happening, but I would like to know what chances we have to some "Wonderful" idea, like Jar Jar, pop up in any of the Disney parks. I use this as a term to show any bad idea coming to Disney in any way.

But yea, can I please get an idea on the rumors or chances of, what I'm now calling, a "Jar Jar Binks Land?"
