January trip

We have gone several times over Super Bowl weekend when the kids were younger - usually from the Wednesday before the Super Bowl to the Wednesday after. Crowds were lower that time of year and the weather is usually great. Also, if you don't care about the game, the parks are very quite during the game. And yes, tour groups are everywhere.

The Brazilian Tour Groups they will take over the value resorts, be in large groups, obsessively loud clapping and chanting, they love to line jump, their back packs pile up while one person nests on top of them while they go on rides...No matter where you go in WDW they are there..

Disney could stop this if they cared. They could work with tour group coordinators. And cheerleaders work with the chaperones How that isnt seen as impacting other’s enjoyment i dont know. Because disney says nothing it emboldens them to be louder and ruder.

I did witness a cast member shutdown a loud tour group cheer a few years ago in Animal Kingdom. He told them to please not do that while in the park because the loud noise scares the animals. 😄. It was awesome, wanted to shake that man’s hand!

This hasn’t been a big deal/thing for awhile

And It’s always overestimated…in my experience

That being said - I’ve found January and February to be some of the most uncomfortable times in recent years…but opinions vary

If one understands Spanish and Portuguese when Brazilian groups chant towards the Argentina groups in the same area and vice versa, cover your ears. The descriptive words are beyond R rated.

The one item that scared the animals beyond belief was when AK opened someone decided to have NYE fireworks . The guests stood in the parking lot prior to midnight to view.
