It was a nice day to visit the parks.

The weather was wonderful, and the lines were short. Longest I waited was maybe 20 minutes at E.T. Adventure (after an advertised 10 minutes).

Baloonopolis is gone.

Christmas decor was still up around New York, though some had already been removed and was ready for storage backstage.

Time for some TNA photos! Tonight was Final Resolution, the first PPV of 2008.

The extremely hot Shelly Martinez turned out to be LAX's mystery Latino Nation member after the match.

Gail Kim held off Awesome Kong in an insane no-disqualification match (possibly one of the best women's matches ever) to retain the TNA Women's Knockout Championship.

"The Monster" Abyss finally took Judas Mesias, the son of his former manager Father James Mitchell.

Booker T and his wife Sharmell teamed up against Robert Roode and Ms. Brooks in a mixed tag match.

Team 3D (Brother Ray & Brother Devon) and "Hotshot" Johnny Devine battled TNA X-Division Champion "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal and the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) in an Ultimate X match for possession of the TNA X-Division Championship belt.

"Black Machismo" unsuccessfully climbed across the X to retrieve the belt. Team 3D grabbed it by using a ladder while the referee was knocked out (they couldn't climb the ropes, we chanted "you're too fat" the whole time :lol: ).

The team of "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles & Tomko defended their TNA World Tag Team Championship against...

... the odd team of "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash & "The Samoan Submission Machine" Samoa Joe. AJ & Tomko retained after Nash walked out on Joe.

Finally, the main event - "The Instant Classic" Christian Cage vs. "Olympic Gold Medalist" Kurt Angle (with wife Karen Angle) for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

It was a solid match.

Angle retained the title after AJ Styles came out and turned on Christian to side with the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Dude, are you serious? I mean, were you just further back in the area or did you actually walk up the line yelling my name? I cannot believe I didn't hear it. :brick: :lol: I was listening to my iPod part of the time though, and that may have been when you did that.

That's crazy man. :dazzle: I can't believe I wasn't paying attention. :lol: It definitely must've been when I was listening to my iPod.

I'll drop ya a PM the next time I hit a show though. It'll probably be Destination X or the iMPACT! tapings before WrestleMania since I don't think I'll be able to make the tapings in February (and then Against All Odds is in SC).
