Does anyone know if he can be found outside the P&P party? If so, where?

I'm pretty sure they have pirate lessons outside POTC during the day...

I haven't actually seen it myself, but I'm pretty sure there have been trip reports that included it.

Monty is correct! They have A pirate tutorial just outside and to the left of POTC. Have not seen the whole show but what I have seen is pretty cool!

While I dont know the exact reason, I know that at the P&P Parties I've heard he does do photos there but the wait times can get up to 45 mins +. That could be why he doesnt do them during regular hours. :shrug:

The show itself is a hit with children and starry-eyed teens, but the adults' limited amount of interaction with the characters in the show is a definite irritant.

Because Disney knows their would be some innappropriate actions made by guests towards him... Somewhat in the vein of a certain Flash Mountain... :animwink:

The night we went to the P&P Party, waits were upwards of 70 minutes for the good Captain. We caught the shortest wait of the night at 30 minutes during the fireworks. Plus I believe they have a limited number of actors for this character, so it would be pretty hard to do a constant meet and greet with so few people to switch out the role.

Really? When I met him it didn't even take 30 minutes.
