iTunes now has Disney Podcast available

And for those of you like me who have not yet purchased an iPod or mp3 player, you can just download them and listen on your computer, or burn them to CD.

iTunes isn't very good. It's a bare on you PC as it is a RAM hog. You can use Winamp and download a plug in that will allow you to listen to files only playable in iTunes. You can also manage your music through Winamp and transfer tracks to and from your iPod. Honestly, I wouldn't buy the music through iTunes either unless it is some hard to find or exclusive tracks. 128kbps protected AAC files and the "fairplay" rules aren't too much fun for the listening experience.
I would recommend getting the regular iPod (non-color) due to a better value. The iPod Photo really has no purpose other than displaying the song menus in color. The Photo part of the device isn't as cooped up to be. Even a Creative Nomad Zen is a good buy.

The Podcasts are MP3 and not AAC files but to get this content Exclusive to iTunes you may need iTunes to do so. But at least the fairplay in the Apple AAC files are cross platform not like the WM files that if they are protected they wont work on Mac, so what "so" universal about that. And I know people would say but there are more Windows machines than Macs. So? but thats just for another place and Timemaxime29 said:

I do not use an iPod, I do not want to be locked into any specific software or locked music files.

It is just a USB device, copy MP3 files from your hard drive and past into the USB drive. Create folders just like on your PC. Fast and easy. Very nice entry level device to see if you like MP3 players.

I will certainly plug Disney's official podcasts on this week's show. I haven't had a chance to listen to them yet, but I'm sure they'll offer exclusive interviews that I don't have a chance of getting. Of course, I will always offer opinions and mention things that Disney definitely won't.

This is the absolute best disney podcast out there. Mousepod's host is a bit boring and he hasnt been consistant with episodes. And i tried the two new ones on iTunes and theyre pretty much just ads. Inside The Magic is pure Disney from an enthusiasts point of view and its got tons of great info.

I've got the podcast thing and subscribed to it, but is it always the same thing? Like- I just heard the one about club 33... But is there gonna be anything else about Disney or is it just gonna be the same thing?...Thanks :wave:
