Howdy! Things went OK at the nursing home. Dave's sister showed up late (she always does) smelling of cheap wine, which I've pointed out several times to Dave, but what do I know? Anyway, it went well, MIL was a bit overwhelmed, and ready for us to leave.

Sorry to hear about Marc's grandfather Bun, and your friend's DH Jen. What an awful thing to happen at Christmastime!

So we found out tonight that Dave's niece (the one that had the obnoxious wedding last year) is pregnant and due in early August. I'm sure we'll hear nothing but complaints now for the next 8 months. :ROFLOL:

It was not a white x-mas here, it was 50 degrees today.

A lot of our snow melted in the rain yesterday, but we still have filthy banks of plowed snow around.
