I would of kept AE and I i would make some of the rides fun again. Like make space mt more darker in side again. And sicne they r doin a small world rehab i would make it were the line it not thta long. Were more ppl can get on the ride in stead of one boat at a time. Then i would put more cast member meets around. And in other parks I would of not of gottin rid of the real jurney to imagination and keep the some things the same. Butin all the park is fun now and it will be fun when the rehab is all done. But time moves on and rides get old I guess and the have to go with the time.

I'd play with budgets and finances for the entire WDC so that movie sales profits and merchandise would lower theme park admission price and all CM's would get appropriate raises based on their work performance. By doing so the parks will have more visitors who spend more money. Profits would then be spread to the animation Dpt so that we could make better higher grossing films. I'd play with the budgets so much that the company would run flawless and make EVERYONE happy.

Then upon my living in Walt's apt. in Cinderellas castle I'd reflect on ways to manipulate the money to build more rides and eventually more parks in America.

 Sounds like a "what would you do for this company" spot on a job app. :p

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......assemble a board of directors out of members of WDWMagic. General Grizz, Kyle, Speck, MicBat, and others. And then quickly announce what will be replacing the 20000 Lagoon and a totally new concept of the Indiana Jones Adventure: Indiana Jones and Curse of Michael Eisner.

Aww  I wanted to be on the board too! Since I can't be, can I be the President of WDW?!?

I would invest more in the CMs. Pay them higher base salaries, increase their incentive packages, and give them more training. Additionally, I would add to their ranks. The greatest asset any company (and especially a service company) has is their employees.

To set an example for the other executives, I would cut the CEO base salary, but increase the variable portion. So, in a good year, the CEO overall compensation package would be higher than it is now, but much less in a bad year.

To pay for all of this, I would slow down some of the construction projects in the short term. In the long term, I would expect that the increase in service quality would mean more visitors and more revenue.

Okay, I'm ready. Where do I sign? :D

I would turn WDW directly over to the imagineers...let them run the place for a while, and see how much money it would make if they could do whatever they thought was coolest.

However they would have to get my permission to take any older attractions down. :animwink:
