OK I have to ask,
When you are in training do they make you wear "earning my ears" on your name tag? And now they take that off, correct?:shrug:

Its on your nametag for the course of your training, which depending on the role, can last several weeks. Once your training is complete, you can remove it from your nametag, it just sticks on with a little bit of adhesive. If you're training for a new role, it goes back on your nametag during that time.

My position does not have to wear the "Earning my Ears" tag attached to my name tag. But most positions do.
