Hi All!

Oh, my tales of whoa with Disney today! Nothing has gone right and CM's keeping dishing out bad info! Grrr...

So I decided to tweak my itinerary now that the website is up and looking spiffy. And hey, if they can get the online booking going then certainly, the my vacation area and itinerary link would be working, right??? :lookaroun Ha ha Silly me! All my old itineraries are gone and it says system is down to create a new one. NOOOOOOO!!!! 1/2 my joy of going to Disney comes from the planning process. And I know you all share in my frustration with this! :hammer:

Can anyone currently go on the waltdisneyworld.com website and create a new itinerary?

Nope systems is down.

This is a very common, WDW website usually has some sort of problem.

yea thats just so annoying i went on the other day and saw all my itineraries were gone to and now it doesnt work so annoying i know how u feel i just made our final payment today for our trip it says it went through and got an email confirming it but im callin them tomorrow lol.

Yeah, I made a payment today too - and it said it went through - but nothing left my account. Today's issues and bad info from CM's, prompted me to write a letter to Disney of dissatisfaction - something i never thought i would do.

they took the money out of my account luckily my wife works for our bank any issues will be resolved quickly thank god.

I called my bank and they said no, money was not withdrawn. But I'm going to check again tomorrow before I make another payment. :lookaroun
