Good aftermornin everyone


How y'all be?...I got an update for you guys

--At MS, in the queue, were that magnet rope used to be, now has a metal gate.
--The Philharmagic wall has been taken down. The giftshop one is still there, but now, everyone can see the Fastpass Machines. I was walking around, and I saw the control panel for the attraction. The LED numbers say "1500", so if that means the attraction has a capacity of 1500, or something?...I dunno, but, I also got a peek of the Queue line, and from what I saw, its just a bunch of music notes, up on the wall. I also saw some of the merchandise in the shop.
--I also got to see those pirate performers today. They just walk, and talk, and sing. One is a big fat guy, the other is a short stumpy one, and they walk through and sing A Pirates Life For Me.
--They now have a HM Movie Plaque hanging up on the oppisite side of the brick tower thing that the regular HM plaque is on. Wow, that was confusing:lol: ..I got a picture of it.
--They have the Magical Gatherings signs up in the MK parking lot, and the DTD lot. To me, Tinkerbell looks junked up. She has a big ol giant head, on a little body. She looks like a bobblehead.
--My cousin came with me today, and we were walking thru Tomorrowland, and he had told me he never did Space Ranger Spin. So we got a FP for that, and when we came back, the FP line was all the way out the door. It was crazy waiting 25 mins with a FP.
--The lines werent to over the top today. Moderately busy
--Tyler...you gotta try and get me one of the new Hilary Duff posters they hang on the buses now.
--Speaking of my girl, they also got a GIANT poster of her CD, (#1 on the Billboard 200) Metamorphosis, hanging on the side of Virgin Mega.
--Swiss family Rehab was going good. You could hear the hammer's all througout the Jungle Cruise.
--I also have a concern--The "LITTLE" Alligator that you guys saw a couple months back isnt so little anymore. It's prob 5 ft in length now, and was hanging under the dock by the hotdog stand. It worries me, that, it can easily swim under the bridge, and get right next to the logs on Splash Mountain. There is about a 1 foot difference in height between the river, and the flume, but, anything can happen, and if it does, I dont imagine it to be pretty


and a tiny lil story today--

We were walking thru Liberty Sqare, and we saw the big ol bell. So, i went over to it, thinking I could push it and it would ring. The bell itself dont ring, but you gotta move the thing underneith it. So without knowing, were rocking it back and forth, and the thing bearly touched the side of the bell, and it made a giant loud sound. We couldnt beleive how loud it actually was, it made me scream like a little girl:lol: ...Then we just kinda walked away, pretending we didnt do nothing lol

I saw the same thing today at phillharmagic, but thought I saw 15:00, as in 15 minutes. I believe the movie was around this time limit, no? Just a shot at it, as many of the attractions have the same little red countdown clocks.

The park was pretty darn busy today, the morning was extremely slow at opening but it packed in pretty quickly in early afternoon.

EH, just another usual day at the mouse's house for this time of year. MS had some troubles today, they tried to pull a fast one and try to get two fuges going at once, and of course, the system said "Hell no" and shut down for like 10-15 minutes.

And then there was Test Track....

Over at MGM, RRC is moving smoothly right now, their redoing, yet again, the guitar (Didnt that thing just get a pain job a few months ago?)

And they are beginning to lay foundations here and there over at the stunt show today.

A minor update from when I visited the other day:

I took the WDW Railroad around the MK, and as I passed by BTMR I could see a couple trains out of the storage barn off to the left. Well, one of them had its smokestack reattached. Hopefully this means that they all will be returned when the ride reopens.

The Haunted Mansion plaque is just plain ugly. I dont mind putting advertisments in buses but not on the rides. LEAVE THE RIDES ALONE!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the updates. :sohappy:

They also have a new one up on the busses as well. It has the casket and the skeleton hand reaching out, as it does in the ride. It just says "Eddie Murphy (something I wouldnt brag about) The Haunted Mansion Novemeber 26th"


And with the new ones, they have the old ones. They still had Inspector Gadget 2 posters up, from March, and they also has 101 dalmations 2. :hammer:

Thanks for the update! I saw a couple kids a little while ago when I was last there playing around the bell, and the rung it, and it was LOUD. Everyone around me jumped ten feet in the air.

Mission: SPACE to get a rehab? ALREADY!?

Well in a way. After the sucess of Mission: SPACE Race, construction has begun on a new area at Mission Control, aptly named Mission: SPACE Race Online. Thats right, ONLINE.

From what I've been told, you'll be able to play it at the attraction AND at home. Each game that will be taking place will support four teams (Like with the current MSR, Orion and Triton). No offical word has been given on when this will open, but my speculation is that it'll be towards the end of the year/very early 2004....my guess is that they'll throw this in when they talk about the sucess of MS at the conference on the 9th.

More later when it becomes available.

Holy Crips! You where there today? and we didnt run into each other?!

I believe they went up on Monday. Not completely sure though, mightve been Tuesday....oh well.

It was great today wasnt it? No one in line at all, RED and GREEN Fuges were on strike and werent running half the afternoon. two people threw up in seperate pods on Blue, and the audio wasnt working half the time on Gold....

God what a day at ISTC!

Ah, Ginger's (From JC) little buddie is all grown up now. I saw him today. Everyone in Frontierland knows about that lit...er, medium guy. As long as he doesn't screw around with the guests, I.E come onto TSI and start harrasing the guests, they won't do anything. And apparently he's kept the snake/other aggrivating critters in check.

Not to spoil the magic but if some of y'all out there have a good eye you might recognize two of the pirates from another part of MK.
