Tifini - I left my cell sitting on a table at the restaurant (near the fountain) at Epcot this past December. Was all the way over in UK before I realized I didn't have it. I walked back and it was STILL sitting there.

So your not the only airhead. This is too funny, because I'm always telling my daughter to be careful and not leave it lying about.

Oh and before I forget, popping gum is almost as bad as the clackers - I would have politely asked you to refrain from clacking. Remember that the older people get (myself included), the less they enjoy those kinds of sounds.

This is a great philosophy to live by.

They were probably giving you dirty looks because they LOVED that noise and wanted you to continue it.

->END SARCASM<-

They might have assumed, which as we can tell now was a wrong idea, that giving you dirty looks should have conveyed the message that what you were doing was annoying.

And just because Disney sells something in their parks, doesn't mean you get to use it wherever the hell you want to. They sell mens boxer shorts in the parks. And just because they sell them, and you bought them, doesn't give you the right to change into them on the bus ride.

Just use common sense. If it looks like its bothering someone, it probably is. It's called respect. You can have fun, by all means, but being ignorant and rude to other people means that THEY aren't having fun anymore.

I feel less intelligent after reading this thread.

1) Making noise on an enclosed space is uncalled for. I once told off a bunch of cheerleaders on a bus and got applause for it. They were cheering. I asked them to stop, and they didn't...they told me not to listen. How am I supposed to do that? With me you get asked nicely once and then the gloves come off. The point is that its' not like you're sitting on a pool deck or outside. You're in an enclosed space where people cannot away or tune anything out. I guess with a certain age comes a sense of decency and common sense around other people. Thinking it's cool to be obnoxious ends sometime in your teens....

2) RazorBrad...I have a word for you....

TACT <----look it up.

Ok...Tifani, first off...just chill out (remember what a mess some people can turn simple things into)...

Everyone else...Yea, it is annoying. Tifani and I were doing them on the bus for fun, thats what they are for. NOW...If the people would of asked us nicely to stop, we would of had no problem whatsoever, but the one guy called me an @$$hole right to my face. If he would of asked me to stop, I would have, but he wanted to be rude, so Im going to be rude back, and thats why we kept doing it...

So, as I said during the "bumping other cars on the Speedway" incident, Im not going to stop, and of you dont like it, simply dont read my updates anymore. As far as I am concered, I have 3 clackers in my bag for everyday use, and they will be used everytime we are at the parks. There were no sleeping children, infact, everyone there looked over 12. Tifani and I were taught respect, and we use it everyday, but we're not gonna stop having fun in a place we're fun is a top priority.

Just drop this matter here.

Very well put. There was nothing stopping that guy from being polite about it.

Okay, Patrick, just don't be shocked when you get called on it someday... your clackers could find themselves in pieces on the floors. :) (People get crazy over smaller things... seriously, in the age of road rage and irate soccer moms, be careful!) ;)

Wow...you're probably lucky I didn't read about you bumping other cars on the speedway...real mature there...

So you're not going to stop having your brand of "fun" no matter how much you annoy or anger other people? Sounds pretty selfish to me.

Again...if it would have been as annoying as people have made it seem...WHY DIDN'T THE BUS DRIVER SAY ANYTHING?

Why? Because it wasn't a problem....

I've seen a lot worse examples of "disrespect" at WDW than this...

Agreed, look dude, I enjoy reading your updates...I think everyone here loves hearing about their favorite place, but we can disagree and put what we feel is disrespectful, I think this whole thing started with razorbrad saying that it COULD make people upset, I can definetly agree with that and see where he is coming from.

Now, maybe the guy on the bus figured he was giving you dirty looks so you would stop, maybe he had a bad day with his kids (can happen at Disney), or maybe he was just a miserable guy. Either way, If I was in that situation, and he called me an A-Hole I would tell him that I was sorry, and I will but there is no need for that language...it's called BEING THE BIGGER MAN.

But I will say this, If I was in a y mood for whatever reason, and I called someone an A-Hole and told them to stop cause it was really bothering me...and they didn't...I would take that "clacker" and brake it into lil peices, then place it back in their hand.

And I dont recall the whole "bumper cars incident", but if someone was bumping into me on purpose on the speedway and they knew I didnt appreciate it, I would wait for them after the ride and probably give them a Sonny Corleone beating.

HAVE A NICE NIGHT

Well who was the one who thought it was a big enough deal to post for the whole world to hear?

Maybe you should listen to a few of the "grown adults" around here. You're starting to coming off as more than either a little spoiled or a lot selfish.

You don't want to be on my bad list...trust me....I'll make that guy on the bus look like Peter Pan.
