Ok kids, here we go
At MGM, I thought I'd test out the new movie ride. Nothing Majorly different, but a few script changes, and overall, its pretty nifty.
RNRC was up and running the whole time I was there. I rode it, and it was all good. Still quite bumpy, but audio didnt give, and the brakes werent to bad.
One Sunset Blvd., they did a switcheroo. They moved the Super Pretzel over to the Anaheim Produce (a picnic area) and made almost a small snack bar out of it. The area where the pretzel stand used to be is now a picnic area.
I walked over to NY street, and saw all the construction. It looked nothing more to me but another Facade. I dont know what relation it had to a stunt show. All the Osborne stuff is in the Hunchback theater
By the way, dont know how long this has been on the Menu, but Rosie's now serves BBQ Chicken Pizza
All in all, MGM was pretty busy in my standards. TOT had 50-70 Minute wait all day, while RNRC had a 55 Minute wait, and Little Mermaid had 120 Mintues.
So, in my mind, when a park is to busy, I hop on a bus, and go somewhere else....EPCOT
There is a big construction wall up by the Germany Pavilion in World Showcase. BIG BIG WALL....
The planters that were used for the Mission:SPACE cast preveiw are now over in the East breezeway.
Now, on to Mission:SPACE....I did get to ride it again, and it was awesome as always. My total count is up to 6 (Beat that Kenan lol). They didnt open it til about 4:30, and we were egged on by CM's from 3:50-til it opened..Well, I was near the front, so I didnt Have to wait, but there are still some problems, and a new feature I didnt notice before. In the False Mission control area, They put in new and very bright lights to make all the switches look industrialized and silver (oooo aaaaa). 2 things I noticed didnt quite add magic to the experience.
1)There is this weird thing that pops up in the preshow that is like a blue and red measurement thing. This didnt happen the very first day I rode, but every day after, its been coming up.
2)Already, Capcom Tv's are blacking out, and weird lines show up near the bottom. The Tv's in the capsules are worse, where they go off for 30 seconds at a time, and the voice and mouth movement werent matching up. No surprise, these are the same Tv's used in the TT cars.
That wraps it up for today, Pics will be up very soon.
Talk to you folks later
