Issue with Firestick and DisneyNow... anyone have it working?

Okay, we have cable with *** which has allowed us to access DisneyNow on a computer which when plugged into a TV lets the kids watch whatever Disney show they want whenever they want. Works just fine, but we were tired of having a laptop plugged into a TV all the time so we bought a Firestick and plugged that in. It gets the DisneyNow app, and it allows us to log in using the cable provider info. However it only lets you access a few random cartoons and shorts with almost every other content constantly popping up with a message that says Bummer your cable provider doesn't have access to DisneyNow....

Has anyone else had this type of issue and found a solution? I know we have access because the computer works perfectly. But unfortunately we have found that there is really no way to contact DisneyNow with a question... Even after you get past all the canned Q&As where they give you a form to fill out with a question or comment, you then get a canned answer that basically says thanks for contacting us but because of the number of questions we don't respond but will take your question and pass it along.

Problem solved after an hour with ***. So for anyone else having this issue, if you use *** for your cable you have two user IDs if your user ID is Bigwig then you can log into *** using either Bigwig or Bigwig@***.net However you have to use the user ID without @***.net when logging in the Disney Now firestick because for some reason ***'s two userIDs are not actually the same in their system hand off to Disney's app.
