Is Universal Closing Too Many Attractions At One Time?

The thing is USF can close these things but there is still plenty to do in the park. It was smart to close Hulk now so they have it up and running in time for Kong which will be bringing in extra crowds and hopefully will be the beginning of a makeover of Marvel Superhero Island. Well, at least they have added some shows. It will be interesting to see what they do about Twister since they have fast tracked F&F and if they make the rumored move of E.T.'s entrance to Hollywood. Hopefully at some point the ride will get a massive refurb.

Twister is rumored to be replaced by an attraction starring Jimmy Fallon.

I would much prefer to keep the Lucy exhibit rather than replace it with freaking Hello Kitty. :p

It's not as though people don't still love Lucy. I read that when CBS broadcast a colorized version of two Lucy episodes last year, they beat everything else in the same time slot, according to Nielsen. That's staying power!

I completely forgot about Kidzone/AA. For the love of Galactus, lets hope that area remains open until everything else (Kong, F&F, Jimmy Fallon, etc.) is finished or else Universal Studios might become the new "half-day" park in Central FL.
I was in the park on 8/28 and to my surprise Lucy was closed which crushed my heart. I read yesterday that Disaster was closing and learned today the Twister is closed as well. I've missed so much. I know about Kong and F&F but what is the Jimmy Fallon thing?

People still Love Lucy, in fact it's on TV somewhere in the world everyday. That's crazy! However, it could be a decision made by her estate. I was in shock standing in front a closed building a few weeks ago.
