Disneyowner182 --- I'm not trying to be a smart , but EPCOT actually opened in 1982 (The year I graduated from High School)!!

I won't say Mission:Space isn't cool until I ride it -I hope- next year. Maybe they are really going to impress us this time with a new ride that will include never-before-seen techniques as Spiderman Adventure in IoA , sorry to mention U.Studios but that ride is really thrilling and is something new and great. I'm not expecting a thrilling ride in Mission:space but something that leave me spell bound.

oh...and it WILL!!! :) As for a ski lift...I wouldn't think so. The one at Blizzard Beach breaks down quite a bit and has a low capacity. You'd get angry guests and no big thrills...like the uh...whachamacallem...Discovery River Boats (is that what they were called...been so long...)?

Am I placing too much trust in the Imagineers? I just figure the "good" Imagineers could make an amazing attraction with as much money as they have for this project...

wellll...your faith is warranted...they have been hyping it more than they have hyped any other ride in a LONG time...and Disney is good at realizing when they haev a winner on their hands
