It's going to be garbage and the music is going to be using the same tweaked rerecorded soundsatoonal underliner all the Disney parades are using. It's the same song with an overlay just like baroque hoedown except almost every parade uses it and I'm sick of it.

Disney should bring back John Debney to compose the electrical parade soundtrack.
You mean like how HEA is just a tweak of Wishes?

Some of us are upset about the lack of a nighttime parade at MK, but not nearly enough of us. It's another example of Disney giving us less and charging us more. As long as the people keep coming and buying tickets, there's not really any urgency to bring a parade back (or any other costly live entertainment).

They should really just leave these great shows to John Debny, Bruce Broughton, Don Dorcy, Gregory smith and all these great Disney artists while they still can. Steve Davison has had some good shows back in his day but lately his work has been complete garbage. I can't honestly say I have liked any bought to the parks since Wishes.
Wow, sensitive issue, eh? I do think it's strange that they have the daytime parade and not the nighttime parade. Just because the nighttime parades look better, IMO. Also, I have zero interest in the MK stage shows - IMO if they were going to ditch some entertainment that should have been it. But I guess those cost less and don't require much maintenance.
I sort of hate to ask it, but do they still have the parade at Animal Kingdom? I know I can look this up easily, but if they don't have it any longer, I want to find out what people think about that.

No parade at DAK. Hasn't been for a long time.
It's not that WDW doesn't want there to be a night time 'electric' parade, but they screwed up: While borrowing the Main Street Electric Parade from DisneyLand, they stored SpectroMagic improperly and it rotted. When DL asked fro MSEP back, then WDW was left with no night parade. WDW was planning on a new night parade anyway for the 50th, and so they were thinking they may have to speed that development, but then HEA was a huge hit and they figured it could wait until the 50th.

Imagine how wild the fan community would be if WDW was to announce a new version of SpectroMagic? Lol. That would definitely be D23 announcement worthy.
They used to make it work for Wishes. And they continue to do so with two night parades for Halloween and Christmas.

IIRC, Wishes was a fireworks show that was viewable throughout the MK and other areas, did not depend upon projections on the castle viewable only from certain locations in front of castle, and did not cause as great a congestion in the hub area as HEA does now, but you may very well be right. Hopefully, I am wrong.
