Is there animatronics/models in Tower of Terror?

So on my last trip to WDW when I was on Tower of Terror, at the drop scene, sometimes it would stop in the dark. However, one time when this happened I swear I saw some type of doll or animatronic of one of the ghosts. I also remember seeing the couple ghosts as props in the Fifth Dimension scene. Are these in the ride or am I just seeing things?

Yep they were added in the big plussing from 2002.

Just to be clear though, they're dummy's. Not animatronics.

Their visibility varies too depending if the strobe lights are working or not. You may or may not feel the air blast depending on its status too (though you may still hear it)
