Is there an issue with the Disney Cruise phone lines? (March 11, 2022)

Both yesterday and today the hold times are estimated to be over 430 mins (5+hrs)

Yesterday after waiting for 2.5 hours the system dropped our call.

I've seen reports of people trying to complete online check in for their cruise and unable to do so because of a phantom balance due since the system upgrade earlier this week. Seems that for many, excursions, etc. are being included in that amount and preventing them from completing online check in. These things are supposed to be charged to their ship board account during the cruise. I suspect many of them are calling to try and get that issue addressed.
