Is there a reason the parks are packed 3/14

I was just checking the Disney world app. It seems like all the parks are very busy. I mean like no available dinning, long waits .. 80 min for test track.... What is the deal with that? Is there free dinning? It just seems to be a bit crowded for this time of year. Easter is still a few weeks away .... So ....?

When we left Friday the crowds were starting to roll in. TONS of school groups with shirts that said spring break *whatever* trip (we saw everything ranging from elementary schools to high school bands). Our last monorail ride (back to the T&TC before it was time to get on the road home) we were in a car with 16 cheerleaders. I looked at my husband and said "We SO made the right choice in which week to come!" LOL!

I know, that's why I was a little surprised at first to see the crowds, but I plum forgot about spring break, and ..... Pi day!

Lol, the math honor society in my school was selling all different types of pie to celebrate Pi day today! $1 for a slice and $5 for a whole pie!

When I used to teach middle school math, the eighth graders would bring in pies to share with the rest of the middle school on Pi Day.
