Is The Tiki Room bird the same guy?

Is Jose the Macaw from Enchanted Tiki Room supposed to be the same Jose from Three Caballeros?

No, they are wholly unrelated Parrots.

Even thought the bird in Tiki is also, I believe, is a macaw?

He does look sort of like him. It is not like Sam the Eagle who preformed at America Sings in Disneyland and Sam Eagle, who is a member of the Muppets. They look completely different and they are obviously two different birds.
