Is the Poly really worth the high price??

I am planning my August 2011 vacation and I really want to stay at the Poly but I want to know if it really is worth the money? It seems awfully expensive~and even though I am getting Free Dining~which is awesome~I just am not sure. I have stayed at CBR and CS as moderates and Contemporary many years ago, but something about the Poly has always interested me. For a week it will cost around 4000...is that a lot? I would appreciate any feedback good or bad.

If you have the money, go for it! I'd darn near pay $400 just to stand in that lobby! It is my favourite resort in the world and someday I hope to save enough to actually make it inside of one of the rooms.
