Is the "park hopper" option worth the cost?

I am in the process of planning my family's 2009 trip to WDW. Originally, I was going to get the Magic Your Way Premium passes. However, the Park Hopping option and the Water Parks and More option both add $50 per person to the package cost. I'm OK with the $50 for the water parks as we will probably go to them twice during the trip. Therefore, it is a bargain. My problem is deciding whether or not the park hopping option is worth $200. I like the flexibility it provides, but maybe that money would be better spent elsewhere.

What are your thoughts on the Park Hopper option?

You have received a lot of good responses. I think it all comes down to your personal "style'

Me kids and I have AP's, so the hopper point is moot for us, but we do hop from park to park all the time. Very often we spend the better part of a day in one park, and then move to another for an evening show. It makes for a lot LESS planning. If we feel like going to MK this morning, we dont have to worry about if there is a hard ticket even that night. We just go, and if there is an event, we just go over to EPCOT to finish out the evening, and not feel as if we "wasted" an admisstion on a 1/2 day.

I am a fan of flexibility. I can go here, or I can go there. Thats what I like. Options. :)
