All personal opinion...

I hope a portion of it is.... during daylight hours.

The entrance and exit of the bypass are close to perfect for "removed from general public authorized smoking locations". The area is generally UNused during daylight non event hours.

The MK has reduced AUTHORIZED smoking locations from 7 to 2 over the last five years, placing their authorized locations at the two extreme ends of the MK, resulting in increased smoking violations by both traditional, and ECIG users. I believe that problem could be solved without a total exclusion of those domestic and foreign paying guests by offering SOMETHING in a more central park area.

Providing authorized smoking locations at the entrance and exit of an underutilized daytime area, TOTALLY removed from major public traffic, could alleviate the ever increasing violation situation - making EVERYONE happy, and solving an evolving problem.

Again - all personal opinion, I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

This isn't even related to the original posters question? They asked about the bypass for the Halloween party, nothing about smoking.

Is the candy spot still gonna be open (Without the candy of corse) as the bypass

I think this is only open for the first part of the party. I don't remember seeing it open towards the end of the party, and I went on a sold out night. The bypass has some fun little statues that provide good photo ops.

Well yea because they give special start packs at the start of the night!

It should be opened every night from the time of the parade forward. I was in MK tonight trying to leave a few minutes before the night parade and it was extreme gridlock. People pushing and screaming and getting violent, and the cast could do absolutely nothing. About halfway through the parade they finally opened it, but by then it was too late.

This park gets too busy as it is, and without the night parades/shows at the other parks, the overflow needs to be open or chaos ensues.

Yes - a fairly extensive area, generally unused during daylight hours... And a perfect solution to an ongoing MK problem...
