Is the Fountain of Nations an important part of your day at Epcot?

I don't want to jinx myself but every time I go to Epcot one of the first things I go to is the Fountain of Nations, I wait around for a couple of shows and thats how I start my day. Then I try to catch an early nighttime show just in case they stop the shows early.

Not really no.

I like the fountain and will watch the show from the Electric Umbrella patio during lunch. But I'm not obsessed with it or anything

Every time I get on this forum you'd think Ive never been to Disney. I keep saying this but yet again this is something new to me. I just looked it up on youtube. Of course Ive always seen the fountain but have never paid attn. that they put on an actual show. This is going to be great to slow down my day and relax. Cant wait! Glad I saw your post.

Not really.
If there happens to be a show going on as I drop by Club Cool from some free Fanta Colita I might watch for a bit, but it's not something I go out of my way for.

The fountain doesn't really play a huge role in my day at Epcot, but it's still a neat thing to look at.

Once in a while I'll grab a snack, sit on a bench, and just take in the ambiance. Gotta love Innoventions Plaza!

My father looooves it and I enjoy it as well, especially at night. Got a room with a fountain view @ Bellagio last summer, same fountain designer made both, I would like it if the EPCOT fountain could be upgraded to include some of the swiveling heads the way they have them at Bellagio.

We enjoy it and usually watch it but don't know that I would call it important to our trip. A part of the trip we like, yes. I have often noticed people zooming right by not even looking up while the fountain is doing its thing. Can't imagine being that uninterested in it.

I love the background music that is played in the area and I like watching the fountain/water show. I am not a fan of the stage around the fountain because I think it takes away from the beauty and peacefulness. It took me a long time before I accepted the stage over in America. I'm old enough to remember and I have a great picture of the America building from across the pond before the state went in. As long as I'm being a party poop I don't like the stage in front of the castle either. Guess you can tell I'm not a fan of the shows.

It is so important to me ... that I cannot recall ever seeing it. Been going to Epcot since it opened, sure I may have seen it sometime, but don't remember it. We are spending 2 days in Epcot our next trip so I would like to see one of the shows. Do they do them at certain times throughout the day and are the times listed in the guide map?

We always spend 10 Day and 10 Nights in WDW and spend a lot of time EPCOT. Yes we visit the park to see it but spend alot of time going to all the countries for dinner. We stop once to watch the fountain and think as always it's a nice little show with water. It a big part of EPCOT and always like to take new visitors in our family for the first time to see it.

I enjoy it being there when I am passing by. At night is when it really gets your attention, especially after Illuminations if you can hang around a bit and catch it.

I read that it continues every 15 min.
