Is the Events building scrapped? What’s with this new foundation?

You can see concrete forms around a slab that would appear to be the old foundation but the forms tell me that’s a new foundation in a smaller form of the original building. The notice how the rear section is a level up from the front completely opposite to what it once was where the back was ground level. Hopefully they didn’t do all that demolition for nothing even you know the area is going to be purposed as the events center it looks to me as if it’s going with the original symmetry now. If so we better see an oval being poured in the center.

I was ticked, I thought they were adding a new building symmetrical to the old ones. So much for removing the fountain of that was the case. That’s probable my a new slab top that won’t be seen once done and those open entry ways will probably be the utilidoors.
