Is Spotlight on a Dream Parade Still at MGM?

I know it featured the characters driving in cars, and the music being played was "Spotlight on a Dream." Anyone know if that's still there, and if so, is the music the same or different?

It is called "Stars in Motorcars"

If you mean the Stars and Motorcars Parade, then yes, it's still around.

Yes, save for some alterations to accomidate different floats. The main underscore is the same, though.
