Is Pandora being considered for any other Disney parks?

I have a hard time imagining the whole land being built in another park, at least until the sequels come out (and even then, only if they do really well at the international box office). BUT, I think Flight of Passage could easily be cloned and put in any tomorrowland/discoveryland without the elaborate theming (and high cost). Since the concept of the ride is that you're riding an animal as an avatar through an uplink, you don't actually need to be ON Pandora to do it. They could easily re-work the story to make it so that RDA is inviting earth-bound folks to uplink to avatars on far away Pandora and the rest of the ride would work fine. Obviously there's less wow factor without the floating mountains and cool plants, but it'd be a fast way to get a popular and immersive ride into other parks without the high sticker price.

They could theoretically clone flight of passage in tomorrowland (could be a decent replacement for star tours for example) but I personally don't see that happening.
....no, no space. How big do you think the Flight of Passage building is? It’s massive. And there is certainly not enough space there. Although I must say I never considered building the attraction alone. I don’t know how much traction it would get without floating mountains outside.
