I went to a star wars fan website and it showed some weird info.

There will be 6 total "Episodes"
And The next episode will come out in 3 YEARS!!!


Is this true?

Well, 5 of the 6 have already been out.

See-

Star Wars- A New Hope = episode 4
Empire Strikes Back = 5
Return of the Jedi = 6

then

Phantom Menace = 1
Attack of the Clones = 2

There was meant to be 9, another 3 at the end, but Lucas has descided that he doesn't have time to do them.

That's right, we were talking about that with some people last night.

Remember though when we were wondering if episodes 1-3 would ever be made?

Anything can happen...who knows. But I'm not holding my breath.

After he finishes episode 3...Lucas is going to work on the new Indy movie...as well as a few TV things...no more StarWars flicks however since he originally only WANTED the ones he has written..the rest would be "slapped on" stories.

There are,however, rumors that after Lucas does #3 that someone will buy the rights to do 7-9.Just a rumor at this point though.
