Is it possible....

I will be celebrating my 18th birthday during our visit to WDW this year. I keep saying that I will become an "adult" at Disney. My mother says it's not possible to become an adult at Disney.

What say you?

"Adult" is pretty vague.
But I think your mom might mean that everyone's a kid at WDW.
I completely agree with that!

We're pretty much all kids when we're here on the forums too (except when we have to go into I-mom mode)

I'm immature as a kid 24/7! At WDW, I am too, just more so.

I'm also a little lost as to what you mean by "turning into an adult".

If it's what I think you mean, then... I have no area of expertise on this...

I become a child again as soon as I pass the front gates to the kingdom.

You will not be an adult until you leave-- in spite of what your age says.

I always have said that this is one of the wonderful things about Disney.....you always feel like a kid there no matter what age you are! That's one of favorite things about going there.....you never have to grow up when at WDW! :sohappy:
