Is Innoventions in its final stages?

That is not a bad idea, I just wish they would utilize all the buildings they have in EPCOT year round. Right now we have shells of Innoventions East and West, the Festival Center which barely is used half of the year, and a huge restaurant that is used for some beer sampling during Food & Wine Festival.
