Is Innoventions due for another overhaul?

I feel that innoventions is getting a bit old and needs a fresh start. The landscape to me is looking a bit unorganized to me. I feel like they need to strip innoventions to the raw and only keep the fountain like they did in 1993. The railings can stay, once again I am starting to like the cosmetic changes.

I think they should figure out what to do with most of "future"world before they start gutting buildings. They will end up with another Pleasure Island.

Innoventions to me is OK but not great. I think that they need companies in there showing off future stuff not current items that they are trying to market. It would be cool to see prototypes of things that are yet to come...

I went to a tech expo in Chicago a few years ago that had such an amazing showcase for new breakthroughs in all areas. In my opinion, Innoventions should be like this. It should be constantly rotating with what is new and innovative. If these huge tech expos like E3 can blow people's minds and then pack up after the weekend is over, I can't see why Innoventions couldn't do it even better.

I think Innoventions is a great concept but a lot more could be done to improve on it.

If I want to see garbage trucks and Fire Engines, I can just look out my window.:brick:

Yes. The first thing to do is add some windows. It is kind of funny how everyone always talks about Journey Into Imagination and the downfall of it but people rarely mention how Innoventions is so inferior to Communicore.

I remember going to a science lab as a kid. The place was built to expand the mind and all the exibits were hands on and all the kids had a blast there. It was basically a scientific playground. Even now I think I would loose my pride and play in one of those but I think something like that would better than all the attractions in innoventions. They should get a music lab and have blue man group type instruments. More hands on things with no lines that are fun for all ages. Nothing corny to, things that you would only see in epcot. Innoventions can be hands on but the things there seem a bit bland to me.

What ever happened to Epcot being an expo? Especially innoventions which is more of a high tech pre school.

They used to do something kind of like that, I remember back in 99 seeing a 3/4 sided laptop, images were the black pixels with the green back light and I always wanted one. Now I realize I own an envy touch but back then I would of went crazy if I saw that, now I own something better.

It might be to late or at least getting close.
