Is illuminations really ending?

Thought so, Epcot couldn't survive on the restaurants alone in the evening, illuminations holds the attendance together, the next show is going to have to either live up to Illuminations or just be a major upgrade of the same thing.

Well thats good, we got a new show at the Magic Kingdom, maybe there was a new show in the works for Epcot.

As much as I'd love a new show, I'd hate to lose the music! That score is quintessential Disney without using Disney movie music.

Epcot still plays Tapestry of Dreams/Nation music in the park so hopefully if Illuminations ever dies the music will live on.

Yes but I assume by World of Color style show they mean thousands of fountains littering the lagoon, thereby getting those near the front wet with the polluted water. Yucky!!

They should replace Illuminations with some sort of air and water show that includes dragon looking boats shooting water and ultralight airplanes.
