Your big time killer was the meet and greets...

I think since you didn't mention the parade that you should have scheduled time for a meet and greet that is popular at the time the parade was going on.

I might have also dumped the princesses for the meet and greet along with Mickey and Minnie... My theory is to use the meet and greet during a party to get the pictures with the characters you can't normally get at all... Pooh or Pooh with a super slueths mask doesn't really mean much more to me... same goes for mickey and the princesses. I would put those meet and greets as a last thing on the list if I had time thing.
