Is Carousel of Progress up and running?

We will be at Disney World Nov. 21- Dec. 1, and I was wondering what the chances that Carousel of Progress will be running when we are down there.... anyone have any ideas?? P.S.....we LOVE C.O.P.!!!!

99.9% it will be open. But only for certain hours of the day. Check your Times and Info guide when you get to the park.

EvilMortimer is correct! When I was there (Oct. 24) CoP and Timekeeper were both open! And make sure you check the times like EvilMortimer said so you don't miss it! :wave:

COP was open when we were there 11/1-11/8...and it was open during the parks hours....Timekeeper had special hour on it...

COP is open during park operating hours. Timekeeper doesn't open until 10 am and closes earlier. At 6 pm I think.

They both have special hours right now, and will remain open on a daily basis until Stitch's Great Escape opens next year.

When we went in October, it ran just fine. We went in the morning while we waited for our Buzz Lightyear Fastpasses to maturate. :lol:

We played 'Spot the Changes' since we hadn't been on it since 1999, I hope they never take that one out. "There's a great big beautiful tomorrow...."

As of yesterday COP was open from park opening to closing, that is the good news. The bad news is the schedule for the week has Timekeeper listed as closed with no opening date in site. So it looks like TK will be open only during the holiday time but COP is up and running at full steam.

On Wednesday, October 22, the Carousel of Progress broke down during the show. The seating area did not revolve as it was supposed to so we saw most of the first segment twice and missed most of the second. Finally we were escorted out.
