More interesting was his speech about the whole board voting on things.. that Eisner doesn't steer the ship alone.

Sounds like tHe board is trying to protect Eisner.

Eisner obviously has a "family look" idea going on to win moral support.

did you notice on Larry King how much he mentioned his wife and kids? Now this guys on a stage for a shareholder's conference talking about how many years he's been married, how many kids, and grandkids, even though he said he has 14 grandkids, then corrected himself by saying 9. dont you know?

Oh, the board is trying to protect him because 3 of the board members may be booted after all is said and done as well.

That was a good joke. Although I'm not to sure about his kids saying everything about Disney is great.

i CANNOT BELIEVE THE OVATION THEY GOT WHEN THEY ANNOUNCED ROY AND STANLEY. You know at that very moment Eisner knew he was toast. the guy is as good as gone. The audience is obvious Pro Roy and Stanley.

I wonder why they let Stan do this? They must have known what would happen.

Maybe they know they are damned anyway, and they might as well be seen to be fair if they are going down.

Because if they did not let them speak then they know that Eisner would basically be saying "guilty".
