Found this and thought it was neat.

Go to www.ipodlounge.com. Go to the user submitted photo section where various people have taken photograps of their ipods anywhere in the world. Search using the term "Disney" and see what you get. I found some of them pretty neat.

that was interesting, but it took me about 10 mins to find the user pics on there, why didn't you just give a link to http://gallery.ipodlounge.com/search.php to make it easier on us...:brick:

I like the one with Cinderella Castle in the background, and the ipod is playing "When You Wish Upon A Star"

People used to do the same thing with Dilbert . . . and I remember fellow workers submitting a pic of a Dilbert doll on the fence in front of the White House! :p

Would any of you recomend bringing your ipod, or other mp3 player with you to the park? Or is this not necessary, and would just be another thing to carry?

I prefer to listen to the sounds of the park rather than listen to my music. Also, communicating between me and my party is a little difficult when listening to the music.

That site is hilarious. It seems like it's been around for a while. Some of the pictures were from 2003 and most of the ipods shown were the older models.
I'm going to take an ipod picture in 2 weeks when I'm down there. I'll have to think of one that's really original though.
Maybe for some of the people on that site ipod to them is like WDW to us.
WDWMagic.com is to Disney World lovers as ipodlounge.com is to Ipod lovers.
Reminds me of the SATs.... :)

I was gonna start a similar topic and then found this one! :) Has anyone ever experimented with their iPod at Disney World?

I was thinking that it might be nice to listen to Disney songs on it while waiting in some of the longer queues and for Fantasmic.

To me someone who has to bring an ipod or any other mp3 player a theme park are as bad as those who bring books and video games to read/play in line.

It must just be me but I really don't get it...

Ok, I'm definately going to do this now. (appropriate as I have like 100 disney park songs on there)

Hmm, but where to do it?

Universe of Energy sign seems appropriate for some reason...

Only 2 types of people use iPods, teens and Steve Jobs. The rest of us know better.:p

I have an ipod and I am no teen nor Steve Jobs. I am thirty and love the thing. I use when I work out, mow the lawn or when I travel. And all my friends have them so its not just teens.

I think Woody was just being sarcastic. I have one and so does my Love. We're not teens. We're not even Mac people. But they're still darn useful and what we use to listen to our Disney Drive Playlist on the way to WDW. :) I take the iPod into the park with me but only so it doesn't sit in the hot car. I don't actually listen to it at all. I'm there to be there. Not somewhere in my head. :)
