Does anyone know if there is free wifi for these at POP. My daughter has one and instead of taking the computer for our business, could we just use this?? Otherwise I always take the puter and do AOL dial up as there is no charge . Is there a charge for using this and the wifi is so Thanks for any info

THe values have wired internet for $10 per day. If I am not mistaken the ipads do not have a cat5 connector, If that is the case, you would have to bring a wireless router to use the wired connection.

Ok then I'm bringing the computer and do dial up at no charge. I just need to check sales at Etsy.. They give you bad marks the customers if you do not email them right back. I just hate it but it makes me money, and right now we need orders to make some bucks.. while at Disney. I guess we could check it with our phones right? I am new to that and I do not text. I just hate it when people are walking around Disney with their heads in their phones and not even enjoying Disney. I just want to respond at night. All the parks close early when we go so time to do it then.

As long as you have a phone with internet service, that would be your quickest and cheapest option --

POP does not have any wireless -- it's just cable connection -- in fact, none of the parks have wifi either -- so you either need to have a computer that has its own data built in that connects to a phone service, a portable router, or a phone/iPad that is 3G enabled for data....

Just as a heads up -- NOT ALL AREAS at WDW and the resorts have good phone data services for your phones/ipads either -- it depends on where you are in your room -- you may need to walk around a bit to find good service. FOr example, there is virtually no 3G or EDGE signal around the American Pavilion in Epcot -- a place you would thing would have good phone signals considering it's a major dining/hanging out area....but no. Similarly, there is almost no cell/data service for ATT in the southern portion of Riverside and the northern buildings of French Quarter....

Good luck.

Thanks!! I am not one of those that cannot live without my computer. I just got a phone the 4g whatever and cannot even operate it. But for 99 cents couldnt pass it up for my 2 years more sign on. Its ATT and we can get horrible service with them wherever we go. I just want to be able to answer any order questions for those who ask,and hope to make a sale off my site.Still early this time of year since they have bought Christmas and not thinking about redoing a childs room right now. I have a new Acer and low and behold was told after I took it home to use at my moms that did not have wifi until this year that I would need to buy an external modem thing that goes into the computer then the phone line goes into that. I kept AOL for that reason that when I do not have wifi I can connect anywhere there is a phone line and get local dial out numbers.

If you have access to a car you can get free wifi near Disney. The McDonalds on 192 in Celebration is open 24 hours and offers free wifi. I went there a few different days when I was at Disney in December and took my tablet there to check my email and some sites. The address for the McDonalds on 192 is 7627 W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL PKWY.

No car and the computer will work.. I dont need it that bad, I sell on Etsy and the customers are the meanest on the planet. If I do not respond to them immediatley they say I have poor customer relations and corespondance. I guess they think I can just sit here and stare at the puter waiting for someone to convo me... It will be fine We can download on my computer and then burn it or put it on a stick for her use later.

Forgot to say its free aol dial up if you make sure you get a local dial up number and its not long distance. In 2009 I got on at least 2 times a day and not even a charge
