Did they? Thats the Universal Studios Escape era logo when the park was Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. It was updated/switched back to reading Universal’s Islands of Adventure after that branding was dropped.

100% certain it's a digital/streaming release of a park soundtrack. Whether it's the original park soundtrack with all of Lost Continent and other former attractions/areas or an updated one I'm not sure. More than likely since that's the album cover from the original, it will be the original soundtrack. It did pop up on Apple Music for a little bit earlier today in search results. Personally, I also want a vinyl release, but I know that's really stretching.

UOR has so many logo variations that I don't think anyone is actually sure which logos to use.
However this is literally the album cover of the original official soundtrack CD so yeah, it's probably being released for streaming.

I know I was being pedantic about the logo but this announcement used the name “Universal Islands of Adventure” which is what the new logo reads but the image they use is the pre- and post- Escape logo that reads Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Really disappointed they seem to have decided to release it only on YouTube. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense IMO, but I already have a good digital copy. Guess SeaWorld will remain the only chain with most of their good park music officially available on the major platforms for a while longer.
Maybe next year for the park’s 25th…
They uploaded the park's soundtrack to YouTube... where pretty much all of this could already be found. This was worthy of a teased announcement?

They never do. Most major announcements are done through press releases that most people view by way of the Internet, and they're typically teased through social media -- just like this was. So by throwing up a teaser with a date on it, they had some people expecting much more than a YouTube upload of some songs that have already been on YouTube for years. This isn't something that deserved a teaser.
