How can I be misinformed, I spent 20 minutes at the check out counter while the young lady deleted each days fee and then had to get a manager to override and approve. The young lady mentioned that it happens all the time, she kept apologizing, not sure what you mean by misinformed. Again like I said it did not happen at Pop on our last couple days just at Yacht Club

It looks like you were somehow charged for making a call and not really for the wake up calls. You're the first and only person I've encountered who was charged for this. So it might have just been a glitch.

Hate to think because I have always found them wonderful but .......any possibility someone from mouse keeping staff made long distance calls while you were out?

I think they were charging for calls, some kind of glitch that registered an outbound call instead of a wake up call. I don’t think that the charge had anything to do with the fact that it was a wake up call. Needs to be credited either way.. but that’s what makes sense to me.

Yeah different characters every morning and different ones at each hotel, its pretty cool, we hit speaker and wake up to the characters.

Because that's what employees do. Don't believe everything they say.

This was some sort of glitch. They are not charging, systematically or officially, for wake-up calls.
