His "point" is, "I'm a pretentious idiot, who doesn't care if I ruin or disrupt a dozen or more people's day, as long as I get to make a "statement" in the name of "ART."
Based soley on this*, this guy's no artist. He's a punk who thinks if he makes vague psuedo-political statements with no real substance he can call it art and be proclaimed a genius.
