Interesting Sketches of The Land (Possible Update?)

I found this architect/interior designer's website and it has several sketches of what appears to be some sort of an interior refresh for The Land, with large tree structures filling most of the inside. Wonder if this has something to do with the massive Future World overhaul....

Following along because this looks interesting. Browsing the images though I see most as dated 97. This might have been something that was looked into during the Eisner era but never went forward with.

I think anything would be an improvement over the current and rather stale balloon motif. The repaint a few years back didn't quite do it.
