well my idea involve member of the audience to be puppeteers

if i were to go down the turning red road this attraction could be retelling the story of the movie with some of the members of the audicane will operate some of puppets in the show inculing mei lee both her human form and red panda form

You could always do The Muppets like Fozz said. They really seem perfect for puppeteering.

The Dreamfinder and Figment could be interesting as well, as a meet and greet. This way Figment is his actual height and isn't 7 feet tall.
